Support
The hard work of our support system does not go unnoticed. From Venture Advisors to Specialists and Entrepreneurs in Residence, we have nearly every area covered to support our ventures and members. Venture Advisors help our early-stage ventures and often partner with a venture throughout their entire IDEA journey. Specialists host workshops for our later-stage ventures in areas where they are seeking more support.
Our Entrepreneurs in Residence are serial entrepreneurs who have successfully navigated the founders’ journey and scale businesses for millions in revenue.
Funding Opportunities

The Gap Fund is a non-equity grant available in increments up to $10,000. You can be awarded GAP Fund up to $30,000 total during your time in Go Stage. You cannot receive GAP Fund in two consecutive rounds, but if you are denied funding you are eligible to reapply in the following round.

The Undergrad Prototype Fund enables creators to design, build, and test new products and services as they establish the creative concept behind the prototype, the specifications and cost to build it, and the plans for testing it. A successful application will get you $1,500 in non-equity grant funding to bring your great ideas to fruition!

The Alpha Fund supports the development of commercial products, systems, and services from Northeastern’s research labs. Up to $5,000 will be awarded for each grant. You can receive the grant up to 2 times, each with very specific milestones including cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractor assistance.
