Ready Stage Advisors will not have a designated venture, but instead, they will work with any venture that need insight, mostly through weekly coaching sessions. Ventures going through the program will sign-up for meetings with their Advisors, and you will be there to help answer questions.

Driving Actionable Insights from Data

The Analytics Team supports the other teams in identifying and solving problems leveraging technology, from automating and streamlining tasks to deriving data-driven insights. Tech Team also handles our venture management software Babele and maintains our website. Join us if you have a technical background, are passionate about the entrepreneurial world, like problem-solving, and are creative and data-driven.

Telling Stories That Inspire Innovation

The Marketing team manages our social media presence by creating and posting timely content. They also support other teams with additional needs, such as photography, event promotion, and marketing materials. Join us if you want to create fun content and help us promote all of our exciting events!

The Operations Team ensures IDEA runs efficiently across all programs and initiatives. From coordinating events and managing internal processes to supporting venture logistics, the team plays a critical role in maintaining a smooth and scalable organization. Members work cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve systems, and enhance the overall experience for founders and stakeholders. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy problem-solving and building strong operational foundations.

The Strategy Team works closely with IDEA leadership to shape high-impact initiatives and long-term direction. Members analyze organizational challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and develop data-informed recommendations across programs, partnerships, and ventures. Projects may include market research, expansion strategy, and internal optimization. This team is well-suited for those interested in consulting, strategic thinking, and solving complex, ambiguous problems.

Evaluating and Empowering High-Potential Ventures

The Investments Team is responsible for assessing ventures within IDEA’s pipeline and making funding recommendations. Members conduct due diligence, including market analysis, financial evaluation, and founder assessment, to identify high-potential startups. The team collaborates with ventures to understand their business models and growth trajectories, ensuring capital is allocated effectively. This role is ideal for those interested in venture capital, private equity, or startup investing.
